State system for ensuring the uniformity of measurements. Measurement of liquids and gases flow rate and quantity by means of orifice instruments. Part 2. Orifice plates. Technical requirements
Status: Effective - Introduced for the first time
The standard establishes requirements for the geometrical characteristics and conditions for the use of diaphragms installed in circular piping to determine the flow rate and amount of liquids and gases. The standard applies to diaphragms with angular, flange and three-raze pressure selection methods. The standard does not apply to diaphragms installed in pipelines with an internal diameter of less than 0.05 m or more than 1 m, with values of the Reynolds number less than 5000.
