Status: Effective - Supersedes. IUS 6-1989; The limitation of the effectiveness period has been lifted: Protocol No. 4-93 of the IGU dated 10.21.93 (IUS 4-1994)
The standard applies to processed products of fruits and vegetables and establishes methods for the determination of vitamin C: titrimetric with visual titration - for the determination of ascorbic acid in products that produce light-colored extracts; titrimetric with potentiometric titration and photometric for the determination of ascorbic acid in products giving dark colored extracts; titrimetric with cysteine and fluorometric to determine the amount of ascorbic and dehydroascorbic acids.
Стандарт распространяется на продукты переработки плодов и овощей и устанавливает методы определения витамина С: титриметрический с визуальным титрованием - для определения аскорбиновой кислоты в продуктах, дающих светлоокрашенные экстракты; титриметрический с потенциометрическим титрованием и фотометрический для определения аскорбиновой кислоты в продуктах, дающих темноокрашенные экстракты; титриметрический с цистеином и флуорометрический для определения суммы аскорбиновой и дегидроаскорбиновой кислот.
