This standard applies to glass jars used in the fish industry for packing canned food, preserves, caviar, and other products of the fish industry. The standard establishes the basic parameters and dimensions of cans, technical quality requirements, acceptance rules, quality control methods, requirements for packaging, labeling, transportation, storage and operating conditions.
