The standard applies to grain grain and seeds of leguminous crops intended for food, feed and technical purposes, as well as malt and establishes methods for determining the content of: weed impurities and its fractions, including spoiled grains, as well as harmful and especially considered impurities; grain impurities and its fractions, including damaged grains, as well as seeds of leguminous crops damaged by grains and leafworms; weed and grain impurities of rice, including chalky grains, as well as red, yellowed, green vitreous and gluten free grains of rice; wheat grains damaged by the bug; small grains and size; metallomagnetic impurities.
Стандарт распространяется на зерно зерновых и семена бобовых культур, предназначенные для продовольственных, кормовых и технических целей, а также солод и устанавливает методы определения содержания: сорной примеси и ее фракций, в том числе испорченных зерен, а также вредной и особо учитываемой примесей; зерновой примеси и ее фракций, в том числе поврежденных зерен, а также семян бобовых культур, поврежденных зерновками и листовертками; сорной и зерновой примесей риса, а том числе меловых зерен, а также красных, пожелтевших, зеленых стекловидных и глютинозных зерен риса; зерен пшеницы, поврежденных клопом-черепашкой; мелких зерен и крупности; металломагнитной примеси.
