This standard applies to dry construction mixtures made on gypsum binder and used for interior work during the construction, renovation and repair of buildings and structures. This standard establishes the means of testing and methods for determining the following quality indicators: - mixtures in a dry state: humidity; grain composition; - mixtures ready for use (solution mixtures): mobility; start setting; water holding capacity; - hardened mixtures: adhesion strength with base (adhesion); flexural tensile strength; compressive strength. For mixtures in the dry state, the bulk density is additionally determined, for hardened mixtures, the average density. Methods for determining bulk density and average density should be specified in the standard for the mixture of a specific type
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на сухие строительные смеси, изготовливаемые на гипсовом вяжущем и применяемые для внутренних работ при строительстве, реконструкции и ремонте зданий и сооружений. Настоящий стандарт устанавливает средства испытаний и методики определения следующих показателей качества: - смесей в сухом состоянии: влажность; зерновой состав; - смесей, готовых для применения (растворных смесей): подвижность; начало схватывания; водоудерживающая способность; - затвердевших смесей: прочность сцепления с основанием (адгезия); прочность на растяжение при изгибе; прочность при сжатии. Для смесей в сухом состоянии дополнительно определяют насыпную плотность, для затвердевших смесей - среднюю плотность. Методы определения насыпной плотности и средней плотности должны быть указаны в стандарте на смесь конкретного вида
