This standard applies to newly developed, mass-produced, upgraded and imported floor and post electrical, electronic and electronic products, equipment and equipment used in the systems of interval control of train movement, dispatch control, automatic locomotive signaling, electrical and dispatching centralization at stations, spans , humps and crossings (TS ZHAT). This standard establishes the requirements for the ZHAT TS to ensure electromagnetic compatibility, including, in terms of resistance to external electromagnetic interference of various types, and the limitation of emission interference, including the norms of industrial radio interference created; and requirements for spurious and out-of-band radio emissions and frequency tolerances of the radio transmitting devices that make up the JAF TS, as well as relevant test methods. The standard establishes the requirements for resistance to interference of those types, which are considered as complying with the conditions for the use of floor and guard ZHAT TS. The standard does not apply to TS ZHAT, placed on moving objects
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на вновь разрабатываемые, серийно изготавливаемые, модернизируемые и импортируемые напольные и постовые электротехнические, электронные и радиоэлектронные изделия, аппаратуру и оборудование, применяемые в системах интервального регулирования движения поездов, диспетчерского контроля, автоматической локомотивной сигнализации, электрической и диспетчерской централизации на станциях, перегонах, сортировочных горках и переездах (ТС ЖАТ). Настоящий стандарт устанавливает требования к ТС ЖАТ по обеспечению электромагнитной совместимости, в том числе, в части устойчивости к внешним электромагнитным помехам различных видов, и ограничения помехоэмиссии, включая нормы создаваемых индустриальных радиопомех; и требования к побочным и внеполосным радиоизлучениям и допустимым отклонениям частоты радиопередающих устройств, входящих в состав ТС ЖАТ, а также соответствующие методы испытаний. Стандарт устанавливает требования устойчивости к помехам тех видов, которые рассматриваются как соответствующие условиям применения напольных и постовых ТС ЖАТ. Стандарт не распространяется на ТС ЖАТ, размещаемые на подвижных объектах
