Soils. Determination of mobile compounds of copper and cobalt by Krupsky and Aleksndrova method modified by CINAO
Status: Effective - Introduced for the first time
This standard establishes a method for the determination of mobile compounds of copper and cobalt in the black soil, chestnut and other soils of the steppe, semi-desert and desert zones, in carbonate soils of other zones. The method is based on the extraction of mobile compounds of copper and cobalt from the soil by ammonium acetate buffer solution with a pH of 4.8 and the subsequent determination by atomic absorption or photometric method: copper - with lead diethyldithiocarbamate, cobalt - with 1- (2-pyridylazo) -2- naphthal
