The standard establishes terms and definitions of concepts in the field of production of fruits, vegetables, and mushrooms. The standard does not include the terms and definitions of products for children, dietary and special nutrition, fruit and vegetable juices, nectars, fruit drinks and juice-containing drinks.
Стандарт устанавливает термины и определения понятий в области производства продуктов переработки фруктов, овощей и грибов. Стандарт не велючает термины и определения продуктов детского, диетического и специального питания, фруктовых и овощных соков, нектаров, морсов и сокосодержащих напитков.
