This standard applies to milk, dairy products, eggs, egg powder, meat and meat products, including meat and poultry meat products, honey, shrimp, and establishes a high-performance liquid chromatography method with mass spectrometric detection for the determination of nitrofuran metabolites in the mass measurement range shares from 1.0 to 1000.0 mcg / kg
