This standard establishes the provisions and requirements for the methodology for identifying the best available technologies, in accordance with which an economic entity (legal entity or individual entrepreneur) achieves resource and energy saving while reducing the man-made environmental load. This standard applies to any technological solutions used in business processes. This standard does not apply to defense products and nuclear facilities. This standard is recommended to be used in all types of documentation and literature related to environmental protection in business processes.
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает положения и требования к методологии идентификации наилучших доступных технологий, в соответствии с которыми хозяйствующий субъект (юридическое лицо или индивидуальный предприниматель) добивается ресурсо- и энергосбережения с одновременным снижением техногенной нагрузки на окружающую среду. Настоящий стандарт распространяется на любые технологические решения, применяемые в процессах хозяйственной деятельности. Настоящий стандарт не распространяется на оборонную продукцию и ядерные объекты. Настоящий стандарт рекомендуется использовать во всех видах документации и литературы, относящихся к сфере защиты окружающей среды в процессах хозяйственной деятельности
