This standard applies to rusks baked goods intended for direct consumption. The development of rusk bakery products of specific denominations in accordance with the requirements of this standard is carried out: - according to GOST 8494; - on newly developed documents. Safety requirements for the life and health of the population are set out in section 6, labeling requirements - in 5.4. The standard does not apply to dietary rusks bakery products, rusks bakery products of baby food and rusks bakery products produced from bakery products
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на сухарные хлебобулочные изделия, предназначенные для непосредственного употребления в пищу. Выработку сухарных хлебобулочных изделий конкретных наименований в соответствии с требованиями настоящего стандарта проводят: - по ГОСТ 8494; - по вновь разрабатываемым документам. Требования безопасности для жизни и здоровья населения изложены в разделе 6, требования к маркировке - в 5.4. Стандарт не распространяется на диетические сухарные хлебобулочные изделия, сухарные хлебобулочные изделия детского питания и сухарные хлебобулочные изделия, вырабатываемые из хлебобулочных изделий
