This standard applies to mining and mining haulage and shunting drum-type winch, designed to perform shunting work with cargo trolleys or train compositions with locomotive haulage in underground mining workings of mining enterprises and underground construction in the following conditions: - coal and mining mines, including dangerous gas and (or) dust; - Type 1 atmosphere according to GOST 15150 with air dustiness of not more than 200 mg / m3; - relative air humidity at a temperature of 25 ° С to 100%; - ambient temperature from + 35 ° С to minus 5 ° С; - longitudinal slope ± 0.050 °. Equipment manufactured in accordance with this standard may be used in other industries where operating conditions conform to this standard. The standard establishes uniform technical requirements for the design, manufacture and testing of winches.
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на шахтные и горнорудные откаточные и маневровые лебедки барабанного типа, предназначенные для выполнения маневровой работы с грузовыми вагонетками или составами вагонеток при локомотивной откатке в подземных горных выработках горнодобывающих предприятий и подземном строительстве в следующих условиях: - шахтах угольных и горнорудных, включая опасные по газу и (или) пыли; - атмосфере типа 1 по ГОСТ 15150 при запыленности воздуха не более 200 мг/м3; - относительной влажности воздуха при температуре 25 °С до 100 %; - температуре окружающей среды от плюс 35 °С до минус 5 °С; - продольном уклоне пути ± 0,050°. Оборудование, изготовленное в соответствии с настоящим стандартом, может применяться в других отраслях промышленности, где условия эксплуатации соответствуют настоящему стандарту.
