This standard applies to maltose malt syrup produced from starch of grain starch-containing raw materials using barley malt and / or enzyme preparations, followed by purification of syrups and boiling them. Maltose malt syrup is used in the brewing and other sectors of the food industry as a carbohydrate additive, as a source of fermentable carbohydrates, a dye, and also as consumer goods for home-made beer, kvass, flour and confectionery products
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на мальтозную солодовую патоку, вырабатываемую из крахмала зернового крахмалсодержащего сырья с применением ячменного солода и/или ферментных препаратов с последующей очисткой сиропов и их увариванием. Мальтозную солодовую патоку применяют в пивоваренной и других отраслях пищевой промышленности в качестве углеводной добавки, в качестве источника сбраживаемых углеводов, красителя, а также как товар народного потребления для приготовления в домашних условиях пива, кваса, мучных и кондитерских изделий
