This standard applies to food products processing eggs of poultry and establishes methods for their microbiological analysis: - identify and determine the number of mesophilic aerobic and facultatively anaerobic microorganisms; - detection of coliform bacteria (coliform bacteria); - detection of bacteria of the genus Salmonella; - detection of bacteria of the genus Proteus; - detection of bacteria of the Staphylococcus aureus species
