Status: Not effective - Superseded
The standard establishes the rules for the work carried out in the Russian Federation on the development, application, updating of intergovernmental standards (by making changes or revisions to them), as well as the rules for reviewing drafts of intergovernmental standards developed in other countries, and rules for terminating the use of intergovernmental standards in the Russian Federation . The standard does not apply to the relevant work with interstate standards for defense products, the rules for which are established in special standards.
Стандарт устанавливает правила проведения работ, осуществляемых в Российской Федерации по разработке, применению, обновлению межгосударственных стандартов (путем внесения в них изменений или пересмотра), а также правила рассмотрения проектов межгосударственных стандартов, разрабатываемых в других странах, и правила прекращения применения межгосударственных стандартов в Российской Федерации. Стандарт не распространяется на соответствующие работы с межгосударственными стандартами на оборонную продукцию, правила проведения которых установлены в специальных стандартах.
