The standard applies to vodka and ethyl alcohol from food raw materials and establishes a gas chromatographic method for determining the content of volatile acids (acetic, propionic, isobutyric, oil, isovaleric, valeric) and furfural using capillary columns. The range of measured mass concentrations - from 0.5 to 1000 mg
Стандарт распространяется на водку и этиловый спирт из пищевого сырья и устанавливает газохроматографический метод определения содержания летучих кислот (уксусной, пропионовой, изомасляной, масляной, изовалериановой, валериановой) и фурфурола с использованием капиллярных колонок. Диапазон измеряемых массовых концентраций - от 0,5 до 1000 мг/дм3. Установленный стандартом метод в части определения фурфурола в спирте применя��т при решении разногласий в оценке качестве. Метод в части опредления летучих кислот применяют для исследовательских работ.
