This standard establishes the requirements for quality, basic parameters, test methods, acceptance rules, labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of oil centrifugal pumps, including those with an upstream axial wheel, designed to deliver oil and oil products with a temperature of minus 10 degrees C to plus 80 degrees C, the kinematic viscosity is not more than 3.0 to 10 to the extent minus 4 square meters / s in the main pipeline systems, while the content of impurities: - the volume fraction of sulfur in a non-free state,%, not more than 3.5; - volume fraction of paraffin,%, not more than 7.0; - volume fraction of mechanical impurities,%, not more than 0.06; - maximum linear size of mechanical impurities with a hardness of up to 7 on the Mohs scale, mm 4. This standard is intended for use in the design, manufacture and acceptance, transportation, operation and disposal of pumps for main pipelines, as well as for their certification
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает требования к качеству, основным параметрам, методам испытаний, правилам приемки, маркировке, упаковке, транспортированию и хранению нефтяных центробежных насосов, в том числе с предвключенным осевым колесом, предназначенных для подачи нефти и нефтепродуктов с температурой от минус 10 град.С до плюс 80 град.С, кинематической вязкостью не более 3,0 на 10 в степени минус 4 м кв/с в системах магистральных трубопроводов, при этом содержание примесей: - объемная доля серы в несвободном состоянии, %, не более 3,5; - объемная доля парафина, %, не более 7,0; - объемная доля механических примесей, %, не более 0,06; - максимальный линейный размер механических примесей твердостью до 7 по шкале Мооса, мм 4. Настоящий стандарт предназначен для использования при проектировании, изготовлении и приемке, транспортировании, эксплуатации и утилизации насосов для магистральных трубопроводов, а также в целях их сертификации
