This standard applies to food products and establishes a method for identifying bacteria of the species Pseudomonas aeruginosa and methods for determining their number: - the method of the most probable number; - method of sowing on agar selective diagnostic media - counting colonies. The method of determining the most probable number is provided for food products containing not more than 1500 or 1 cm 3 in 1 g of solid product. liquid product no more than 150 bacteria cells of the species Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The method of determining the amount of seeding on agar selective diagnostic media is intended for food products containing at least 1500 g or 1 cubic meter of solid product per g. liquid product not less than 150 CFU of bacteria of the species Pseudomonas aeruginosa
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на пищевые продукты и устанавливает метод выявления бактерий вида Pseudomonas aeruginosa и методы определения их количества: - метод наиболее вероятного числа; - метод посева на агаризованные селективно-диагностические среды - подсчет колоний. Метод определения наиболее вероятного числа предусмотрен для пищевых продуктов, содержащих в 1 г твердого продукта не более 1500 или в 1 см куб. жидкого продукта не более 150 клеток бактерий вида Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Метод определения количества посевом на агаризованные селективно-диагностические среды предназначен для пищевых продуктов, содержащих в 1 г твердого продукта не менее 1500 или в 1 см куб. жидкого продукта не менее 150 КОЕ бактерий вида Pseudomonas aeruginosa
