This standard applies to food products in parts of milk, dairy products, eggs, egg powder, meat and meat products, meat and poultry, honey, fish, seafood products, as well as food raw materials and establishes the method of high-performance liquid chromatography with mass spectrometry detection to determine the residual content of sulfonamides, nitroimidazoles, penicillins, amphenicols. The measurement range for chloramphenicol is from 0.2 to 1000 µg / kg, for other compounds from 1.0 to 1000.0 µg / kg
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на пищевые продукты в части молока, молочных продуктов, яиц, яичного порошка, мяса и мясных продуктов, мяса и продуктов из мяса птицы, меда, рыбы, морепродуктов, а также продовольственное сырье и устанавливает метод высокоэффективной жидкостной хроматографии с масс-спектрометрическим детектированием для определения остаточного содержания сульфаниламидов, нитроимидазолов, пенициллинов, амфениколов. Диапазон измерений для хлорамфеникола от 0,2 до 1000 мкг/кг, для остальных соединений от 1,0 до 1000,0 мкг/кг
