This standard establishes the procedures for the acceptance inspection of fasteners by the customer to decide on the acceptance or rejection of a batch of fasteners if no other control methods have been agreed upon with the supplier. Additional requirements for acceptance may be included in the relevant product standard (for example, the standard for self-locking nuts). The same procedure is also applied in case of disagreements regarding the compliance of products with technical specifications. This standard applies to bolts, screws, studs, nuts, washers, pins, rivets and other fasteners not intended for assembling large-sized mechanisms for special purposes or special technical systems requiring more stringent active control and traceability of batches. The acceptance procedure for these special products must be agreed between the supplier and the customer when ordering. This standard applies only to finished products and does not provide for active control procedures in the production process.
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает процедуры проведения приемочного контроля крепежных изделий заказчиком для принятия решения о приемке или браковке партии крепежных изделий, если не были согласованы с поставщиком никакие другие методы контроля при оформлении заказа. Дополнительные требования к приемке могут быть включены в соответствующий стандарт на продукцию (например, стандарт на самостопорящиеся гайки). Такую же процедуру применяют также в случае разногласий по соответствию продукции техническим условиям. Настоящий стандарт распространяется на болты, винты, шпильки, гайки, шайбы, штифты, заклепки и другие крепежные изделия, не предназначенные для сборки крупногабаритных механизмов, для специальных целей или специальных технических систем, требующих более жесткого активного контроля и прослеживаемости партий. Процедура приемки для этих специальных изделий должна быть согласована между поставщиком и заказчиком при заказе. Настоящий стандарт распространяется только на готовую продукцию и не предусматривает процедуры активного контроля в процессе производства
