This standard applies to food products and establishes cultivation methods for detecting the presence (absence) or determining the number of microorganisms of the relevant groups, families, genera and species. The methods are based on the sowing of the product, the dilution of a sample of the product or microorganism cells deposited on a membrane filter in nutrient media, followed by the cultivation of crops under conditions favorable for the growth of microorganisms
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на пищевые продукты и устанавливает методы культивирования для выявления присутствия (отсутствия) или определения количества микроорганизмов соответствующих групп, семейств, родов и видов. Методы основаны на посеве продукта, разведении навески продукта или осажденных на мембранном фильтре клеток микроорганизмов в питательные среды, с последующим культивированием посевов в условиях, благоприятных для роста микроорганизмов
