The standard establishes requirements for industrial radio interference (IRP) from devices and equipment, the main functions of which are performed using motors and switching or regulating devices, provided that the radio frequency energy is not created specifically or used for lighting (hereinafter referred to as technical means ). The standard applies to technical equipment (TS) of the following types: household electrical appliances, electrical tools, regulating devices on semiconductor devices, motor-driven electromedical devices, electric toys, automatic packaging machines, film and slide projectors, as well as other vehicles specified in section 7. The standard also applies to certain parts of these vehicles, such as: engines; switching devices, for example, relays (power or protective). Requirements for IRP do not impose, if they are not established in this standard. The standard does not establish requirements for the IRP from the vehicle, which can not be tested at the measuring site. Requirements for on-site measurements are pending.
Стандарт устанавливает требования к индустриальным радиопомехам (ИРП) от устройств и оборудования, основные функции которых выполняются с помощью двигателей и переключающих или регулирующих устройств, при условии, что при этом радиочастотная энергия не создается специально или не используется для освещения (далее в тексте - технические средства). Стандарт распространяется на технические средства (ТС) следующих видов: бытовые электрические приборы, электрические инструменты, регулирующие устройства на полупроводниковых приборах, электромедицинские приборы с приводом от двигателя, электрические игрушки, аппараты автоматической расфасовки, кино- и диапроекторы, а также на другие ТС, указанные в разделе 7. Стандарт распространяется также на отдельные части указанных ТС, такие как: двигатели; переключающие устройства, например, реле (силовые или защитные). Требования к ИРП не предъявляют, если они не установлены в настоящем стандарте. В стандарте не установлены требования к ИРП от ТС, которые не могут быть испытаны на измерительной площадке. Требования к измерениям на месте эксплуатации находятся на рассмотрении.
