The standard establishes the terms used in science, technology and production and the definitions of basic concepts in the field of navigation equipment of ships. The terms established by the standard are obligatory for application in documentation of all kinds, scientific and technical, educational and reference books.
Стандарт устанавливает применяемые в науке, технике и производстве термины и определения основных понятий в области навигационного оборудования судов. Термины, установленные стандартом, обязательны для применения в документации всех видов, научно-технической, учебной и справочной литературе.
