The standard applies to specialized trucks-, trailers- and semi-trailers-tanks of category 1 category GOST 15150 and intended for transportation and distribution of liquefied hydrocarbon gases according to GOST 20448 (technical butane, propane and butane technical mixtures) for pressure up to 1.8 MPa when operating on all roads of the general network of the USSR in accordance with the "Instruction on ensuring the safety of the transport of dangerous goods by road" approved by the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs. The standard complies with the requirements of the RS-3387 recommendation, with the exception of clause 2.16, which is not provided for by the “Rules for the Construction and Safe Operation of Pressure Vessels” approved by the USSR State Technical Inspection.
Стандарт распространяется на специализированные грузовые автомобили-, прицепы- и полуприцепы-цистерны исполнения У категории 1 по ГОСТ 15150 и предназначенные для перевозки и раздачи сжиженных углеводородных газов по ГОСТ 20448 (бутан технический, смеси пропана и бутана технических) на давление до 1,8 МПа при эксплуатации по всем дорогам общей сети Союза ССР в соответствии с "Инструкцией по обеспечению безопасности перевозки опасных грузов автомобильным транспортом", утвержденной МВД СССР. Стандарт соответствует требованиям рекомендации РС 3387 за исключением п. 2.16, который не предусмотрен "Правилами устройства и безопасной эксплуатации сосудов, работающих под давлением", утвержденными Госгортехнадзором СССР.
