Status: Effective. The limitation of effectiveness has been lifted: Decree of the State Standard No. 1123 of 06/27/91
The standard applies to finished woven carpets and machine-made products: jacquard double weave, jacquard and smooth bar, axminster. The standard does not apply to carpets and products for special purposes, lint-free.
