This standard applies to food supplement citric anhydrous acid E330, obtained from carbohydrate-containing raw materials as a result of microbiological synthesis (fermentation) using non-toxicogenic strains of the fungus Aspergillus niger and intended for use in the food industry as an acidity regulator and food oxidizer.
