This standard applies to vinegars from food raw materials produced biochemically by aerobic oxidation by acetic acid bacteria of food raw materials - ethyl alcohol from food raw materials, alcohol contained in grape and fruit wine materials, head fraction of ethyl alcohol, intended for food purposes and for sale in retail trade network
