This standard applies to the field of resource-saving and environmentally safe activities to eliminate used packaging for various purposes. The terms and definitions given in this standard are voluntary for use in the development of documentation on the handling of packaging at the stages of the product life cycle and the packaging used at the stages of its technological cycle. The terms and definitions given in this standard are intended for enterprises, organizations and associations of enterprises, including unions, associations, concerns, joint-stock companies, inter-sectoral regional and other associations (hereinafter referred to as organizations), regardless of the form of ownership and departmental affiliation, and also for federal and regional authorities that are directly related to the elimination of packaging waste with the protection of the environment (see GOST R ISO 14050). The terms and definitions given in this standard are intended for use in scientific, technical, educational, reference books and documents establishing the procedure for organizing and performing standardization work when handling packaging and its waste.
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на области ресурсосберегающей и безопасной для окружающей среды деятельности по ликвидации использованной упаковки различного назначения. Термины и определения, приведенные в настоящем стандарте, являются добровольными для применения при разработке документации по обращению с упаковкой на стадиях жизненного цикла продукции и использованной упаковкой на этапах ее технологического цикла. Термины и определения, приведенные в настоящем стандарте, предназначены для предприятий, организаций и объединений предприятий, в том числе союзов, ассоциаций, концернов, акционерных обществ, межотраслевых региональных и других объединений (далее - организаций), независимо от форм собственности и ведомственной подчиненности, а также для федеральных и региональных органов управления, имеющих прямое отношение к ликвидации отходов упаковки с обеспечением защиты окружающей среды (см. ГОСТ Р ИСО 14050). Термины и определения, приведенные в настоящем стандарте, предназначены для применения в научно-технической, учебной, справочной литературе и документах, устанавливающих порядок организации и выполнения работ по стандартизации при обращении с упаковкой и ее отходами
