This standard applies to meat, offal, meat and meat-containing products and establishes titrimetric and atomic absorption methods for determining calcium in the measurement range: for titrimetric, from 10 to 8000 mg / kg; for atomic absorption method - from 2.0 to 1200.0 mg / kg
