Status: Effective - Supersedes. The limitation of effectiveness has been lifted: Protocol No. 2-92 of the IGU dated 05.10.92 (IUS 2-1993)
The standard applies to antimony, used in semiconductor and electronic equipment, as well as for the manufacture of alloys, enamels, ceramic dyes and other purposes, and establishes requirements for antimony, manufactured for the needs of the national economy and export. Date of entry into force of the standard: 01/01/1983 g; in part n. 6.9 - 01.01.1985
Стандарт распространяется на сурьму, применяемую в полупроводниковой и электронной технике, а также для изготовления сплавов, эмалей, керамических красителей и других целей, и устанавливает требования к сурьме, изготовляемой для нужд народного хозяйства и экспорта.
