The standard applies to the tool used for special work on opening and disassembling building and other structures, metal door and window openings for extinguishing fires of the following types: - non-mechanized hand tools: fire axes, hooks, crowbars, hooks, devices for cutting overhead lines power lines and internal wiring, as well as sets of multifunctional universal tools for carrying out emergency and rescue work on fires; - hand mechanized tool driven by an electric motor, internal combustion engine, compressed air, hydraulic unit; - elastomer pneumatic jacks, pneumatic plugs and pneumatic plasters. The standard establishes general technical requirements and test methods. The standard can be used for certification of tools for special work on fires.
Стандарт распространяется на инструмент, используемый для проведения специальных работ по вскрытию и разборке строительных и других конструкций, металлических дверных и оконных проемов при тушении пожаров, следующих видов: - ручной немеханизированный инструмент: пожарные топоры, багры, ломы, крюки, устройства для резки воздушных линий электропередач и внутренней электропроводки, а также комплекты многофункционального универсального инструмента для проведения аварийно-спасательных работ на пожарах; - ручной механизированный инструмент с приводом от электродвигателя, двигателя внутреннего сгорания, сжатого воздуха, гидроагрегата; - эластомерные пневмодомкраты, пневмозаглушки и пневмопластыри. Стандарт устанавливает общие технические требования и методы испытаний. Стандарт может применяться при сертификации инструмента для проведения специальных работ на пожарах.
