The standard establishes requirements for the design, manufacture, installation and testing of vertical cylindrical steel tanks with a nominal volume of 100 to 120000 m3 used in the production, transportation, processing and storage of oil and petroleum products. The requirements of the standard apply to the following conditions for the use of tanks: - location of tanks - ground; - density of stored products - no more than 1015 kg
Стандарт устанавливает требования к проектированию, изготовлению, монтажу и испытанию вертикальных цилиндрических стальных резервуаров номинальным объемом от 100 до 120000 м3, используемых при добыче, транспортировании, переработке и хранении нефти и нефтепродуктов. Требования стандарта распростран��ются на следующие условия эксплуатации резервуаров: - расположение резервуаров - наземное; - плотность хранимых продуктов - не более 1015 кг/м3; - максимальная температура корпуса резервуара - не выше плюс 180 °C, минимальная - не ниже минус 65 °C; - внутреннее избыточное давление - не более 2000 Па; - относительное разрежение в газовом пространстве - не более 250 Па; - сейсмичность района строительства - не более 9 баллов включительно по шкале MSK-64 [1]. Требования стандарта распространяются на стальные конструкции резервуара, ограниченные первым фланцевым или сварным (резьбовым) соединением технологических устройств или трубопроводов снаружи или изнутри корпуса резервуара. Стандарт допускается применять при строительстве резервуаров для хранения пластовой и пожарной воды, нефтесодержащих стоков, жидких минеральных удобрений и пищевых жидких продуктов (при условии обеспечения санитарно-гигиенических норм). Стандарт не распространяется на изотермические резервуары (хранение сжиженных газов), баки-аккумуляторы для горячей воды и резервуары для хранения агрессивных химических продуктов.
