The standard establishes safety requirements for the construction of crank presses, their units and components; extends to designed, manufactured and upgraded crank mechanical presses: one-, two- and four-crank open and closed single and double action, one- and two-crank edging, cold-forming crank-knee embossing and cold extrusion, crank hot-stamping simple and double knee-knee embossing and cold extrusion, curved hot-stamping simple and double knee embossing and cold extrusion, curved hot-stamping simple and double knee embossing and cold-extrusion equipment complexes based on these presses, automation and mechanization equipment to the listed presses. The standard is used in conjunction with GOST 12.2.003, GOST 12.2.017.
Стандарт устанавливает требования безопасности к конструкциям кривошипных прессов, их агрегатам и узлам; распространяется на проектируемые, изготовляемые и модернизируемые кривошипные механические прессы: одно-, двух- и четырехкривошипные открытые и закрытые простого и двойного действия, одно- и двухкривошипные обрезные, холодноштамповочные кривошипно-коленные чеканочные и холодного выдавливания, кривошипные горячештамповочные простого и двойного действия, линии и комплексы оборудования на базе этих прессов, средства автоматизации и механизации к перечисленным прессам. Стандарт применяют совместно с ГОСТ 12.2.003, ГОСТ 12.2.017.
