This standard applies to processed products of fruits and vegetables, including juice products: fruit juices and nectars, fruit concentrated juices, fruit purees and concentrated mashed potatoes, fruit drinks and concentrated fruit drinks, juice drinks, juice products enriched for baby food, and sets The following methods for determining the mass concentration (mass fraction) of patulin mycoxin: - thin layer chromatography method; - high performance liquid chromatography method
