This standard applies to technical equipment (TS) used in industrial enterprises, power plants and electrical substations of medium and high voltage, which are exposed to a pulsed magnetic field (EMF) under operating conditions. This standard establishes a general and reproducible base for assessing the quality of functioning of a vehicle exposed to a UTI, as well as recommended test severity levels, test equipment requirements, test sites and test procedures. This standard establishes technical requirements for newly developed, manufactured, upgraded and imported vehicles in terms of degrees of severity of tests for resistance to imps and performance criteria during testing, as well as relevant test methods
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на технические средства (ТС), применяемые на предприятиях промышленности, электростанциях и электрических подстанциях среднего и высокого напряжения, подвергающиеся в условиях эксплуатации воздействию импульсного магнитного поля (ИМП). Настоящий стандарт устанавливает общую и воспроизводимую базу для оценки качества функционирования ТС, подвергающихся воздействию ИМП, а также рекомендуемые степени жесткости испытаний, требования к испытательному оборудованию, рабочим местам для испытаний и процедуры испытаний. Настоящий стандарт устанавливает технические требования к вновь разрабатываемым, изготовляемым, модернизируемым и импортируемым ТС в части степеней жесткости испытаний на устойчивость к ИМП и критериев качества функционирования при испытаниях, а также соответствующие методы испытаний
