This standard establishes the key elements and basic principles for the application of control charts (QC). The standard provides a description of the types of QC, including QC, similar to the QA of Shewhart, as well as the QC of the acceptance and prediction of the state of the process. The standard provides an overview of the basic principles and provisions and comparative examples of the application of various QCs in order to find the most acceptable ones for these specific conditions. The standard does not provide special statistical management methods using QC. These methods are considered in GOST R 50779.41 and GOST R 50779.43
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает ключевые элементы и основные принципы применения контрольных карт (КК). В стандарте приведена характеристика видов КК, включающих в себя КК, аналогичные КК Шухарта, а также КК приемки и прогноза состояния процесса. Стандарт содержит обзор основных принципов и положений и сравнительные примеры применения различных КК с целью найти наиболее приемлемые из них для данных конкретных условий. В стандарте не приведены специальные методы статистического управления, использующие КК. Эти методы рассмотрены в ГОСТ Р 50779.41 и ГОСТ Р 50779.43
