This standard establishes the terms and definitions of the concepts in the meat industry concerning food products for slaughter and their products obtained in an industrial environment. The terms established by this standard are recommended for use in all types of documentation and literature on food products in the meat industry, included in the scope of work on standardization and / or using the results of these works.
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает термины и определения понятий в области мясной промышленности, касающиеся пищевых продуктов убоя и продуктов их переработки, получаемых в промышленных условиях. Термины, установленные настоящим стандартом, рекомендуются для применения во всех видах документации и литературы по пищевым продуктам в области мясной промышленности, входящих в сферу работ по стандартизации и/или использующих результаты этих работ
