The standard applies to frozen and chilled bakery semi-finished products, intended for sale and subsequent processing into bakery products. The standard does not apply to bakery semi-finished products intended for the production of low-moisture bakery products, bakery products prepared by the method of frying, dietary bakery products and bakery products for baby food.
