Unified system for design documentation. Rules of modification in maintenance and repair documentation

Status: Effective
The standard establishes the rules for making changes to copies of maintenance and repair documents submitted to the customer. Changes to the documents are made on the basis of "Bulletins", the rules for implementation and execution of which are given in the standard. The following ways of making changes are established: a) by strikethrough when resizable, words, signs, inscriptions, etc. cross out and next put new data; b) the replacement of individual sheets; c) the introduction of additional sheets into the document; d) publication of an addendum to the document; e) reissue of the document while maintaining the same designation. The standard provides for the procedure of bringing "Bulletins" to enterprises (organizations) - holders of changeable documents. Changes in the copies of documents are made by enterprises (organizations) - holders of copies of changeable documents in the order established by the heads of these enterprises (organizations) or heads of higher organizations responsible for organizing the operation and (or) repair of products.
Стандарт устанавливает правила внесения изменений в копии эксплуатационных и ремонтных документов, переданных заказчику. Внесение изменений в документы производят на основании "Бюллетеней", правила выполнения и оформления которых приведены в стандарте. Установлены следующие способы внесения изменений: а) зачеркиванием, когда изменяемые размеры, слова, знаки, надписи и т.п. зачеркивают и рядом проставляют новые данные; б) заменой отдельных листов; в) введением в документ дополнительных листов; г) изданием дополнения к документу; д) переизданием документа с сохранением прежнего обозначения. Стандарт предусматривает порядок доведения "Бюллетеней" до предприятий (организаций) - держателей изменяемых документов. Внесение изменений в копии документов производят предприятия (организации) - держатели копий изменяемых документов в порядке, установленном руководителями этих предприятий (организаций) или руководятелями вышестоящих организаций, ответственных за организацию эксплуатации и (или) ремонта изделий.
