This standard applies to rice, oats, buckwheat grains and cereals, flour and oat produced from it, as well as food concentrates containing these components, and establishes methods for determining the total number of mesophilic aerobic and optional anaerobic microorganisms ; coliform bacteria; amounts of molds and yeasts
