This standard applies to the following cutting machines used for processing paper and similar materials and products from them: - single-blade cutting machines; - three-knife cutting machines; - machines for carving the alphabet; - cars for tripartite trimming; - Rotational cutting machines; - machines for rounding corners; - label cutting machines. This standard is used only in conjunction with GOST EN 1010-1. In both parts are set out all the significant hazards related to cutting machines, subject to their use for the intended purpose and under the conditions provided by the manufacturer. The specific requirements of this standard GOST EN 1010-3 exceed in importance the requirements of GOST EN 1010-1. This standard does not apply to cutting knife machines made before this standard was adopted.
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на следующие машины резальные, применяемые для переработки бумаги и подобных материалов и изделий из них: - машины резальные одноножевые; - машины резальные трехножевые; - машины для высечки алфавита; - машины для трехсторонней обрезки; - машины ротационные резальные; - станки для кругления уголков; - машины для высечки этикеток. Настоящий стандарт применяют только совместно с ГОСТ EN 1010-1. В обеих частях изложены все существенные опасности, относящиеся к машинам резальным, при условии их использования по назначению и в условиях, предусмотренных изготовителем. Специфические требования настоящего стандарта ГОСТ EN 1010-3 превосходят по важности соответствующие требования ГОСТ EN 1010-1. Настоящий стандарт не применяют к машинам резальным ножевым, изготовленным до того, как был принят настоящий стандарт
