This standard applies to electrical machines and electrical appliances (including their auxiliary devices and accessories) for household and similar purposes powered by mains or batteries. The standard does not apply to: - instruments, equipment and machines intended for industrial and professional purposes; - devices that are part of the building or its installations, such as air conditioning, heating and ventilation devices (except for domestic fans, above-floor extracts, feed and drain pumps); - separate engines and generators; - devices intended for use outside buildings
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на электрические машины и электроприборы (включая их вспомогательные устройства и принадлежности) бытового и аналогичного назначения, питаемые от сети или батарей.
