Wheelchairs for disabled persons. General specifications

This standard applies to wheelchairs with maximum overall dimensions in accordance with GOST R 50602, intended for independent movement of the user or set in motion and controlled by the accompanying person, operated inside and outside the premises (hereinafter referred to as wheelchairs), which belong to the following classification groups set out in GOST R 51079: set in motion and controlled by the accompanying person - 12 21 03; with a two-hand drive rear wheels - 12 21 06; with a two-hand drive front wheels - 12 21 09; with a two-handed lever drive - 12 21 12; not having a drive motor with one-sided drive - 12 21 15; kicked in motion - 12 21 18. This standard does not apply to sports wheelchairs
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на кресла-коляски с максимальными габаритными размерами по ГОСТ Р 50602, предназначенные для самостоятельного передвижения пользователя или приводимые в движение и управляемые сопровождающим его лицом, эксплуатируемые внутри и вне помещений (далее - кресла-коляски), которые относятся к следующим группам классификации, изложенным в ГОСТ Р 51079: приводимые в движение и управляемые сопровождающим лицом - 12 21 03; с двуручным приводом задних колес - 12 21 06; с двуручным приводом передних колес - 12 21 09; с двуручным рычажным приводом - 12 21 12; не имеющие приводного двигателя с односторонним приводом - 12 21 15; приводимые в движение ногами - 12 21 18. Настоящий стандарт не распространяется на спортивные кресла-коляски
