This standard establishes the requirements for safety, design and characteristics of automatic shut-off valves for gas burners, gas appliances and apparatus of similar use. The standard defines test methods for valves. The standard applies to valves: with a maximum working pressure of up to 400 kPa (4 kgf / cm sq.), Inclusive, intended for gas burners or devices using natural gas according to GOST 5542 or liquefied hydrocarbon gases according to GOST 20448; - powered by electricity; - driven by working fluid or air, in which the control valves for liquid or air are powered by electricity - the flow rate of the gas is carried out by external electrical signals discretely or in proportion to the signal given - with the index closed position. The standard does not apply to external electrical devices intended to supply a control signal or energy to the actuators.
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает требования к безопасности, конструкции и характеристикам автоматических отсечных клапанов, предназначенных для газовых горелок, газовых аппаратов и аппаратов подобного применения. Стандарт определяет методы испытаний клапанов. Стандарт распространяется на клапаны:- с максимальным рабочим давлением до 400 кПа (4 кгс/см кв.) включительно, предназначенные для газовых горелок или приборов, использующих природный газ по ГОСТ 5542 или сжиженные углеводородные газы по ГОСТ 20448;- работающие от электричества;- приводимые в действие рабочей жидкостью или воздухом, в которых управляющие клапаны для жидкости или воздуха работают от электричества;- управление расходом газа которых осуществляется внешними электрическими сигналами дискретно или пропорционально поданному сигналу;- с указателем закрытого положения. Стандарт не распространяется на внешние электрические устройства, предназначенные для подачи управляющего сигнала или энергии на исполнительные механизмы
