The standard establishes the requirements for the quality management system in cases where the organization: a) needs to demonstrate its ability to deliver products that meet customer requirements and the corresponding mandatory requirements; b) aims to increase customer satisfaction through the effective use of the system, including its continuous improvement processes and ensuring compliance with customer requirements and mandatory requirements.
