This standard applies to machines, means of mechanization and technological equipment of mass and large-scale production. The standard establishes requirements for methods for determining the permissible deviation of the parameters of the technical state and prediction of the residual life of the component parts of machine units by parameters whose values change during operation from nominal to limiting. The standard is intended for engineering and technical workers engaged in the development of regulatory and technical documentation for the operation and repair of machinery, means of mechanization and process equipment. 1.
