This standard applies to vodka and special vodka (hereinafter referred to as vodka) and establishes the rules for acceptance, sampling methods and methods of analysis. Photoelectrocolorimetric methods for determining the mass concentration of aldehydes, fusel oil, esters and the volume fraction of methyl alcohol, provided for in this standard, are used only in the production process of vodka (internal control at the plant)
