Status: Effective
This standard establishes the rules for the construction, presentation, designation and designation of national standards of the Russian Federation and preliminary national standards, as well as rules for the design and presentation of changes to the national standards of the Russian Federation. In the case of the development of national standards of the Russian Federation and preliminary national standards based on the application of international and regional standards, as well as national standards of other countries, this standard is used to the extent that does not conflict with the rules of construction, presentation, design and designation that are established in GOST R 1.7. This standard does not apply to the existing national standards of the Russian Federation and state standards of the Russian Federation recognized as such. The state standards of the Russian Federation are recognized as national standards by virtue of Resolution No. 4 of the Russian State Standard of 30 January 2004 “On the National Standards of the Russian Federation”, registered by the Ministry of Justice of Russia as a regulatory legal act on February 13, 2004 (No. 5546), which were approved (adopted) prior to its implementation. Their alignment with the requirements of this standard is carried out in case of revision of these standards for other reasons, the criteria for which are established in GOST R 1.2-2004
Настоящий стандарт устанавливает правила построения, изложения, оформления и обозначения национальных стандартов Российской Федерации и предварительных национальных стандартов, а также правила оформления и изложения изменений к национальным стандартам Российской Федерации. В случае разработки национальных стандартов Российской Федерации и предварительных национальных стандартов на основе применения международных и региональных стандартов, а также национальных стандартов других стран настоящий стандарт используют в части, не противоречащей правилам построения, изложения, оформления и обозначения, которые установлены в ГОСТ Р 1.7. Настоящий стандарт не распространяется на действующие национальные стандарты Российской Федерации и признанные в этом качестве государственные стандарты Российской Федерации Государственные стандарты Российской Федерации признаны национальными стандартами в силу Постановления Госстандарта России от 30 января 2004 г. № 4 «О национальных стандартах Российской Федерации», зарегистрированного Минюстом России в качестве нормативного правого акта 13 февраля 2004 г. (№ 5546), которые были утверждены (приняты) до введения его в действие. Их приведение в соответствие с требованиями настоящего стандарта осуществляют в случае пересмотра данных стандартов по иным причинам, критерии которых установлены в ГОСТ Р 1.2-2004
