The standard applies to broadcasting receivers, televisions and equipment functionally related to them, including home video recorders, tape recorders, electric players, electrophones and audio signal amplifiers, including those included in the multifunctional household electronic equipment (hereinafter referred to as equipment). The standard establishes noise immunity requirements and equipment test methods when exposed to radio frequency electromagnetic fields in the frequency range from 0.15 to 1000 MHz and conducted noise induced by radio frequency electromagnetic fields in the frequency range from 0.15 to 150 MHz, as well as sound-frequency magnetic field, electrostatic discharges, network impulse noise and dynamic changes in power supply voltage. The standard does not apply to equipment intended for use on motor vehicles powered by an onboard network, and souvenir samples of equipment.
Стандарт распространяется на радиовещательные приемники, телевизоры и функционально связанное с ними оборудование, включая бытовые видеомагнитофоны, магнитофоны, электропроигрыватели, электрофоны и усилители сигналов звуковой частоты, в том числе входящие в состав многофункциональной бытовой радиоэлектронной аппаратуры (далее в тексте - оборудование). Стандарт устанавливает требования помехоустойчивости и методы испытаний оборудования при воздействии радиочастотного электромагнитного поля в полосе частот от 0,15 до 1000 МГц и кондуктивных помех, наведенных радиочастотными электромагнитными полями в полосе частот от 0,15 до 150 МГц, а также магнитного поля звуковой частоты, электростатических разрядов, сетевых импульсных помех и динамических изменений напряжения электропитания. Стандарт не распространяется на оборудование, предназначенное для применения на автотранспортных средствах с питанием от бортовой сети, и сувенирные образцы оборудования.
