This standard applies to technical means of communication, information and public alarm systems that are accessible to people with disabilities, and establishes the classification of these tools, as well as the requirements that ensure their accessibility and safety for people with disabilities. The standard does not apply to rehabilitation technical means of communication, information and alarm systems intended for individual use.
Настоящий стандарт распространяется на технические средства связи, информации и сигнализации общего пользования, доступные для инвалидов, и устанавливает классификацию указанных средств, а также требования, обеспечивающие их доступность и безопасность для инвалидов. Стандарт не распространяется на реабилитационные технические средства связи, информации и сигнализации, предназначенные для индивидуального пользования
